Beautiful semi detached Villa situated  in one of the most sought after areas on the Island,enjoying tranquil ambience and breath-taking views. The accommodation is set up on a two level setting, thus not suitable for people with restricted mobility.   The fully equipped kitchen, living area, spare bathroom and massive outdoor terrace are all on the first floor.All  3 bedrooms are on the second level and enjoy their own terraces,one main bedroom en-suite and the other two bedrooms with twin beds. A separate bathroom can be also found on the second floor .

The  private swimming pool is also quite big. Plenty of space for sunbathing. The pool deck has sun all day long! There are also 6 sunbeds with cushions for this purpose. A BBQ is also available near the pool.

There is also an identical property next door also available to rent. They can be rented singularly or together 3-6 bedrooms. Please see slideshows of both properties below.

Location and Nearby Amenities.

Mellieha village is about 5 minutes by walk or 2 minutes by car away.Easy reachable by public transport. There is also a tourist information office in the village and all the amenities one might need such as Supermarkets, Restaurants , Pubs with Karaoke (good places to meet fellow holiday makers).

Transfers/Car Hire

Car hire is recommended however not necessary since the nearest bus stop is about 5 minute away by foot. Please contact us for airport transfers and car hire as prices fluctuate due to seasonality.

Payment Methods

Booking are secured with a deposit and the remaining  balance is to be paid 45 days prior  arrival dates. Payment are accepted through PayPal and Bank Transfer, however we are flexible about payment arrangements therefore please submit your request if different from above.
