This particular accommodation is located in one of the most sought after areas on the Island, Santa Maria Estate,however still enjoying tranquil ambience and stunning views.The property is on ground level enjoying its own private entrance and private pool, professional snooker table and much more !

When it comes to the outdoors area of this Villa Apartment, one can make use of a private garden, two gazebos, large dining table , bar-be-que (bbq) and the large pool (33’x16′)- plus  the additional shallow separate pool for the safety of children. On the inside , one can find a fully equipped kitchen, a professional snooker table (extra cost) and 3 air-conditioned  bedrooms. Bedrooms are as follows; 2  bedrooms having double beds and the third having 4 bunk beds. The property has two bathrooms, one in connection with  with the main bedroom ( en-suite). All rooms are air-conditioned and have fan ceilings.

Location and Nearby Amenities.

Mellieha village is about 15 minutes by walk or 5 minutes by car away. There is also a tourist information office in the village and all the amenities one might need such as Supermarkets, Restaurants , Pubs with Karaoke (good places to meet fellow holiday makers).

Transfers/Car Hire

Car hire is recommended however not necessary since the nearest bus stop is about one minute away by foot. Please contact us for airport transfers and car hire as prices fluctuate due to seasonality.

Payment Methods

Booking are secured with a deposit and the remaining  balance is to be paid 45 days prior  arrival dates. Payment are accepted through PayPal and Bank Transfer, however we are flexible about payment arrangements therefore please submit your request if different from above.
